Wat maakt een zakelijk event echt goed?
De vibe. Als mensen thuiskomen met een glimlach en verhalen die ze blijven vertellen, dan heb je het goed gedaan. Het draait niet om glitter, maar om gevoel. Wij bouwen dat gevoel, met de juiste mix van sfeer, storytelling en verrassing.
Wat kost een event via GSE The Agency?
Zoveel als het waard is. We maken geen standaardpakketten, dus hanteren we ook geen standaardprijzen. Jij bepaalt de richting, wij maken het realistisch en onvergetelijk binnen je budget.

Hoe lang van tevoren moet ik beginnen met plannen?
Hoe eerder, hoe beter. Maar we houden wel van een uitdaging. Of je nu acht maanden hebt of acht weken: wij zorgen dat het staat. En ja, ook last minute kan legendarisch worden. Pssst: liefst hebben we natuurlijk wel zeeën van tijd voor de organisatie van jouw event! Want ook het voortraject verdient aandacht en zorg.
Doen jullie ook kleine events?
Absoluut. Groot is niet altijd beter. Soms is een goed getimede borrel of intieme lancering effectiever dan een ballroom met duizend man. Als het idee goed is, maakt het formaat niet uit.
Kunnen jullie ook zakelijke evenementen in het buitenland organiseren?
Zeker. Parijs, New York, Lissabon, Kaapstad, Berlijn of een zonnig eiland: we’re in. We regelen alles, van locatie tot crew, zodat jij alleen nog maar hoeft te zeggen: Let’s go.
Wat als ik nog geen idee heb wat ik wil?
Perfect. Dat is het leukste startpunt. Jij brengt de aanleiding, wij bedenken het concept. We houden van blanco canvassen, daar ontstaan de beste ideeën.
Werken jullie met vaste locaties of zoeken jullie op maat?
Altijd op maat. We hebben een groot netwerk aan unieke locaties, maar kiezen nooit op routine. Of het nu een kas is, een fabriekshal of een onontdekt dakterras: we zoeken de plek die past bij jouw merk, boodschap en vibe.
Organiseren jullie duurzame zakelijke events?
Ja, en zonder dat het voelt als een concessie. We denken mee over bewuste keuzes in materiaal, vervoer, eten en energie. Van lokale leveranciers tot zero-waste catering. Duurzaam is bij ons gewoon de nieuwe standaard.
Zijn jullie aanwezig op de eventdag zelf?
Altijd. Wij verdwijnen niet zodra het draaiboek af is. Ons team is live on site, zodat alles strak verloopt. Van de soundcheck tot de laatste toast. Jij geniet, wij regelen de rest.
Wat gebeurt er als er iets misgaat of uitvalt?
Dan fixen we het. Altijd. We hebben voor elk scenario een plan B (en meestal ook C). Van technische storingen tot last-minute wijzigingen: jij merkt het amper, want wij lossen het op voordat je “help” kunt zeggen.
