What makes a business event truly great?
The vibe. When people come home with a smile and stories they keep telling, you've done it right. It's not about glitter, but about feeling. We build that feeling, with the right mix of atmosphere, storytelling, and surprise.
What does an event through GSE The Agency cost?
As much as it's worth. We don't offer standard packages, so we don't have standard prices either. You set the direction, we make it realistic and unforgettable within your budget.
This means we make conscious choices for everything from activities and food and drink to accommodations (such as Green Key hotels). We strive to be respectful of people, animals and the environment. With us, sustainable travel does not mean sacrificing travel pleasure. On the contrary, we make sure you have a great experience while together taking good care of the earth.
How far in advance should I start planning?
The sooner, the better. But we also love a challenge. Whether you have eight months or eight weeks, we'll make it happen. And yes, even last-minute events can be legendary. Pssst: Ideally, of course, we'd have plenty of time to organize your event! Because the preliminary stages also deserve attention and care.
Do you also do small events?
Absolutely. Bigger isn't always better. Sometimes a well-timed drink or an intimate launch is more effective than a ballroom with a thousand people. If the idea is good, the format doesn't matter.
Can you also organize business events abroad?
Certainly. Paris, New York, Lisbon, Cape Town, Berlin or a sunny island: we're in. We'll handle everything, from location to crew, so all you have to do is say: Let's go.
What if I don't have any idea what I want yet?
Perfect. That's the most fun starting point. You bring the reason, we come up with the concept. We love blank canvases; the best ideas emerge from them.
Do you work with fixed locations or do you search on demand?
Always tailor-made. We have a large network of unique locations, but we never choose based on routine. Whether it's a greenhouse, a factory hall, or an undiscovered rooftop terrace: we look for the place that fits your brand, message, and vibe.
Do you organize sustainable business events?
Yes, without feeling like a compromise. We offer thoughtful choices in materials, transportation, food, and energy. From local suppliers to zero-waste catering. Sustainability is simply the new standard for us.
Will you be present on the event day itself?
Always. We don't disappear as soon as the script is finished. Our team is live on-site, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From the soundcheck to the last toast. You enjoy, we'll handle the rest.
What happens if something goes wrong or fails?
We'll fix it. Always. We have a plan B (and usually C) for every scenario. From technical glitches to last-minute changes: you'll barely notice, because we'll solve it before you can say “help.”.
