You bet! We organize events all over the world, including the Netherlands. We have a large network here and are affiliated with several event and incentive industry associations, so we always have up-to-date knowledge about venues, hotels, restaurants and entertainment options.
Yes, absolutely! For us, conscious and sustainable organizing is high on the agenda. When we organize an event, we do everything we can to minimize the impact on the planet. We look critically at the CO2 footprint of the entire event and take into account the local culture and conditions.
This means we make conscious choices for everything from activities and food and drink to accommodations (such as Green Key hotels). We strive to be respectful of people, animals and the environment. With us, sustainable travel does not mean sacrificing travel pleasure. On the contrary, we make sure you have a great experience while together taking good care of the earth.
Sure! We work together with Anthesis (Climate Neutral Group) to offset CO2 emissions through various climate projects. Every year we look at which projects best fit our vision and reduction goals. Do you want to travel and give something back to the planet at the same time? With our help, it's effortless. Together we make a difference!
We organize events and meetings with a business character. One-day and multi-day, at home and abroad and with different goals and for different target groups.
Consider:
Both inside and outside the Netherlands, we have a large network of venues, suppliers and know unique places that suit different types of events and settings. Is there no match or does the right place not exist? Then we will search within our (international) network or create a setting at your desired location.
We arrange both group travel and events at home and abroad for groups of 10 or more. One-day meetings are usually called meetings or events, while multi-day trips by plane, train or bus are called group travel. Whether you are planning a short meeting or an extensive group trip, we have the expertise to organize it to perfection.
We strongly recommend this. Depending on your location, destination, size and risks, we recommend appropriate insurance through our partners. And no, we don't earn anything from that 😉 We just think it's important that everything is well taken care of. Even if one time things don't go according to plan.
An accident is in a small corner. Despite working with experienced and professional partners, not everything is in our control. Consider the weather, strikes and mother nature. It's always better to be prepared with event insurance, liability insurance and/or cancellation insurance!

The sky is the limit! We have experience organizing corporate events for groups of 50+, 100+, 500+ and even 1000+ people. We know how to tackle logistical challenges and make sure large executions are organized smoothly and efficiently. Chartering planes and trains to get your group to the right place at the same time? No problem! Challenge us with your request and we'll make it happen!
Ideally, we start on time to come up with a plan and put together all the components for a perfect, unique and creative setting. The later you start, the less availability and choice there is in terms of hotels, event venues, artists, etc.
Want to go abroad? Then book your train or plane tickets early to avoid high costs. Airline tickets are usually published 6-12 months in advance, depending on the airline. Of course, we can also start 3 months in advance, but we prefer to put your budget towards cool parts in your program rather than pricey last-minute tickets. But if we must, we are happy to think with you to use your budget as smartly as possible for the best effect!
The cost depends on your needs, goals, date, number of days and interpretation. We charge a (hourly) fee for our project management hours. If we think it would be better to organize ourselves because of a limited budget, we will tell you honestly. Don't hesitate to email or call us for more information! We make sure you always get clear and honest advice, so you know exactly where you stand. Let's create something fantastic together!
If a permit is needed for an event we are organizing with you, our team can help you with the process around the application. In this we always depend on the type of application and body how quickly and if we can complete the permits. So always be on time.
