For over 20 Every year we organize events with our team of enthusiastic specialists. én group and Sports travel domestic and international. We do this every day with great passion and creativity and with maximum outsourcing van Our clients both within SMEs, Corporate enterprises and for Sports Federations. Organizing these trips is a top sport for us, in which we excel. and you will play the role of the new project manager on the Flightdesk an important role! 😉

You are the point of contact for our clients, are service-oriented, creative, and know how to negotiate neatly and tactfully with our suppliers. You are commercially minded and a good team player. You will become part of a friendly team and further recognize yourself in the following characteristics:

Multitasker You are working with multiple groups simultaneously and collaborate closely with other team members to do so. Maintaining an overview and being able to switch and adapt quickly when necessary is important.

Proactive You are a go-getter, eager to learn, and don't shy away from new possibilities and opportunities.

Ambitious Yes! You've achieved more than was actually expected of you... that feels good and fulfilling, right?!
Dedicated & flexible: Our industry doesn't always adhere to standard 9 AM to 5:30 PM working hours. While you'll generally work these hours at the office, you must be prepared to work longer when necessary, for example, for a group that needs to depart abroad quickly or is stranded at their destination on a Saturday evening.

Additionally, you also have:

Demonstrated experience in booking airline tickets

Experience with Amadeus

It is a plus if you possess KLM FAT 1 + 2 or an equivalent diploma.

Minimum completed secondary vocational (MBO-4) or higher professional education (HBO).

Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.

Microsoft Office Package Knowledge
Available at least 28 hours per week
